INGREDIENTS:
2 cups shallots
1 cup avocado oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp basil
1 tsp thyme
1 cup olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a baking dish add the shallots, sea salt and avocado oil. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 300 F. Then transfer to an airtight jar and add the olive oil, basil and thyme. Store and use as needed.
