INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cooked chickpeas
½ cup brazil nuts
¼ cup approved milk
½ cup vegetable stock
¼ cup scallions
¼ cup key lime juice
¼ cup butternut squash | pureed
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon onion powder
dash of cayenne (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend well. Enjoy with spelt tortilla chips.
