INGREDIENTS:
3 bell peppers | halved
½ cup alkaline meat
¼ cup onions | minced
½ cup burro bananas | roasted
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sea salt
¼ cup avocado oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all of the ingredients except the peppers to a pan and saute on medium heat. Set aside and cool.
When cool, stuff the bell peppers with the meat mixture. Add the stuffed bell peppers to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy with cheese sauce and sour cream.
