INGREDIENTS:
1 cup black chickpeas
1 cup walnuts | soaked
1 cup button mushrooms | chopped
¼ cup avocado oil
½ cup onions | minced
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dill
1 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp coconut aminos
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a food processor, add the chickpeas, walnuts, mushrooms and scallions. Process until minced. Set aside.
In a pan add avocado oil and saute the onions and the mixture that was set aside on medium heat. Add all the remaining ingredients.
Cook for 3 minutes, then use the meat for tacos, pasta dishes, etc and enjoy!
