Apple Cobbler

INGREDIENTS: 

Filling:
6 medium apples | peeled and cut into chunks ¼ inch thick
1 cup spring water
1 cup agave syrup
1 tbsp chickpea flour | dissolved in water
1 tbsp key lime juice
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Toppings:
1 cup spelt flour
1 cup date sugar
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup approved milk
¼ cup avocado oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a pan add all of the ingredients for the apple filling. Simmer for 5 to 8 minutes on medium heat or until the apples are soft. To a baking dish add the apple mixture and set aside.

In a bowl add all of the ingredients for the toppings and mix. Then top onto the apple mixture and bake for 15 minutes at 350 F. Serve and enjoy with ice cream.
