Quinoa Con Leche

INGREDIENTS: 

1½ cup quinoa | cooked
2 cups water
1 cinnamon stick
½ cup coconut milk
¾ cup date sugar
½ cup raisins
dash of cinnamon (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a pot, add all of the ingredients except coconut milk. Simmer. Remove the cinnamon stick. Top with coconut cream. Serve and enjoy!
