Nacho Cheese Sauce

2 tbsp avocado oil
¼ cup yellow onion | chopped
¼ cup red bell pepper | chopped
¼ cup green bell pepper | chopped
¼ cup orange bell pepper | chopped
¼ tsp sea salt
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 cups butternut squash | boiled then pureed
2 cups brazil nut cheese 
3-4 cups approved milk 


In a pot, add yellow onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, orange bell pepper, salt, onion powder and cayenne pepper. Sauté for 4 to 6 minutes.

In a blender, add butternut squash, brazil nut cheese and approved milk. Blend, then add to the pot and cook on medium low for 5 to 6 minutes.

Let cool, then enjoy!
