INGREDIENTS:
6 manzano bananas | cut in half lengthwise
1 cup walnut butter
Jam:
1 cup strawberries | pureed
1 cup raspberries | pureed
1 cup agave syrup
3 tbsp key lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Jam:
In a pot, add all the ingredients and cook on medium heat. Stir until thickened then set aside.
In a baking dish, add the bananas, tahini and jam, alternately starting with the bananas and ending with the jam. Top with walnuts and chill for 4 hours.
Then, serve and enjoy!
