Vegan Parfait

INGREDIENTS: 

½ cup strawberry puree
½ cup soursop puree
½ cup mango puree
3 tbsp coconut cream

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a blender, add soursop and coconut cream and blend until smooth, set aside. Blend the strawberry and mango separately until smooth, set aside.

In a glass, layer the pureed fruits. Chill for at least an hour. Then serve and enjoy.
