INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 onion | chopped
2 cups button mushrooms
1 tsp salt
1 sprig of thyme
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp oregano powder
½ tsp chili pepper flakes
½ cup vegetable stock
½ cup approved milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a pan, add all of the ingredients and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Serve with mashed butternut squash.
