Chickpea Scrambled Eggs

INGREDIENTS: 

1 cup chickpea flour
1 cup spring water
½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne
½ tsp basil
¼ cup avocado oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a bowl, add all of the ingredients except the oil and mix.

In a pan, add avocado oil and cook the omelet mix on medium heat until done. Serve and enjoy.
