INGREDIENTS:
2 cups mushroom
1 cup vegetable stock
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 medium red bell pepper | chopped
1 medium green bell pepper | chopped
1 small onion | cut in half and then cut into half rings
½ tsp cloves
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp onion powder
¼ cup key lime juice
1 cup crushed tomatoes
3 tbsp coconut aminos
⅔ cup olives | halved
sea salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a pot add all of the ingredients. Saute. Simmer for 5 minutes.
