Black Bean Burger

INGREDIENTS: 

2 cups cremini mushrooms | chopped
1 cup black chickpeas | cooked
1 cups scallions | chopped
4 tbsp aquafaba
1 cup spelt flour
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp oregano
½ tsp cayenne
¼ tsp dill
2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp coconut aminos
2 tbsp avocado oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a food processor, add all of the ingredients and blend except the avocado oil. Form mixture into patties and chill in the fridge for one hour.

Then grill or pan fry in avocado oil. Serve and enjoy with burger buns and cheese sauce.
