INGREDIENTS:
1 cup mango puree
1 shallot | minced
½ cup olive oil
2 tbsp date syrup
1 tbsp tamarind concentrate
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 tbsp key lime juice
1 tsp basil
Arugula Salad
1 cup blueberries
1 bunch baby arugula greens
½ cup walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS:
In an airtight container, add all the ingredients for the dressing. Shake well, chill for 30 minutes then serve with Arugula Salad.
