INGREDIENTS:
4 cups spelt flour
1 tsp sea salt
½ cup avocado oil
¼ cup agave syrup
1 cup sparkling spring water
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a stand mixer, add all the ingredients and mix until the dough forms into a ball.
Knead for 8 to 10 minutes. Rest the dough for 30 mins and then divide it into 6 equal parts. Mold each part into a bun shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with burger patties and enjoy!
