Alkaline Peach Jam

INGREDIENTS: 

2 cup peaches | chopped
½ cup agave syrup
2 cup water
1 tbsp key lime juice

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all of the ingredients to a pot and turn heat to medium and stir until thickened. Use as a spread for bread.
