Tranquility Tea Supplement (Calm Tea)

Each tube contains 24 tea bags and is made from wildcrafted and organic herbs. The ingredients are Hops Flower, Chamomile Flower, Catnip Whole Plant, and Lavender Buds.

Tranquility Tea comes in unbleached tea bags.

DIRECTIONS:

As a dietary supplement, drink one cup of tea daily in the morning or afternoon.

• Bring 8 fl oz of fresh, cold water to a rolling boil.
• Pour boiled water over one Tranquility Tea bag.
• Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes.
• Remove the tea bag and enjoy.
