INGREDIENTS:
1 onion | sliced
1 zucchini | sliced
¼ cup avocado oil
1 tsp basil
1 tsp onion powder
½ cup chickpea flour
1 cup white spelt flour
2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp agave syrup
2 cups spring water
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a pan, add the avocado oil and saute the onions and zucchini. Add all the spices then cook on medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Set aside.
In a bowl, add the flours and spring water. Mix well then add in the zucchini and onions. Add mixture to a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
