Product Description

Each bag contains 4 oz of organic whole Elderberries sourced from Albania.

GENERALLY PREPARED:

Elderberries are traditionally prepared as tea or tincture. They can also be added to foods, smoothies, and juices. To prepare as a tea, add 1-2 tablespoons of Elderberries to 10 ounces of boiling water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, strain, then enjoy!

Pregnant or nursing mothers, individuals under 18, and individuals with known medical conditions should consult a physician before use.

    Amazing

    It's one of my everyday rituals especially now that it's in the colder climate. Having a unvaccinated family and straying away from pharmaceutical products. Elderberries have always made sure my 2yr old as well as everyone else in my family build a strong immunity
