INGREDIENTS:
Batter:
2 cups chickpea flour
1 cup approved milk
½ cup spring water
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp sea salt
Vegetables:
½ cup red bell pepper | diced
½ cup green bell pepper | diced
¼ cup onions | chopped
¼ cup scallions
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all the batter ingredients to a bowl. Mix well and then add the vegetables. Add to a baking dish and bake for 20 - 30 minutes at 300 F. Serve and enjoy.
