Sun Dried Tomatoes

5 cups cherry tomatoes | halves
1 tsp sea salt
¼ cup avocado oil
1 tsp basil
1 cup olive oil


In a baking sheet, add the tomatoes, sea salt and avocado oil. Sun dry for 2 days or bake in a preheated oven at 150 F for 1 to 2 hours or until dry.

In a jar, add the dried tomatoes, basil and olive oil. Store in an airtight jar. Use as needed.
