Spicy Breakfast Wrap

INGREDIENTS:

Wrap:
1 avocado
1 cup Chickpea Scrambled Eggs
½ cup tomato | roasted
½ cup fresh basil | chopped
2 spelt tortillas

Hot Sauce:
3 habaneros | seeded and roasted
½ cup spring water
¼ cup red bell pepper | roasted
¼ cup onions | roasted
½ tsp sea salt
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp avocado oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

Hot Sauce:
In a blender, add all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Set aside.

Wrap:
Add the avocado, scrambled eggs and tomatoes to a spelt tortilla. Drizzle with hot sauce and enjoy!
