Sparkling Cherry Hibiscus Chiller

INGREDIENTS: 

1 tbsp hibiscus flowers
8 oz boiling spring water
¼ cup cherry puree
½ cup sparkling water
a few ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a teapot add the hibiscus flowers and boiling spring water. Brew for 5 minutes, strain, then set aside to cool. In a glass add cherry puree, a few ice cubes, sparkling water, top it off with the hibiscus tea, mix well and enjoy!
