Red Zinger

INGREDIENTS: 

1 tbsp whole elderberries 
½ tsp ginger root
8 oz boiling spring water
¼ cup fresh blueberries | crushed 
¼ cup sparkling water
a few ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a teapot add the elderberries, ginger root and boiling spring water. Brew for 15 minutes, strain, then set aside to cool. In a glass add the fresh crushed blueberries, a few ice cubes, sparkling water, top it off with the elderberry ginger tea, mix well and enjoy!
