Simple Cucumber Snack

INGREDIENTS:

1 cucumber | halved
¼ cup roasted red bell pepper hummus | recipe found in the FREE Alkaline Herb Shop Cookbook 
2 tbsp fresh basil | chopped
2 tbsp fresh cilantro | chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:

Slice a cucumber in half, remove the center, then add the roasted bell pepper hummus.

Sprinkle with chopped basil and cilantro, then enjoy!
