INGREDIENTS:
Tea:
1 tbsp burdock root
1 tbsp elderberries
1 tbsp hydrangea root
8 oz spring water
Ice Cube:
½ cup fresh blueberries
½ cup raspberries
½ cup cherries
½ cup mangoes | chopped
½ cup blackberries
8 oz fresh coconut water
INSTRUCTIONS:
In an ice tray add the fruits and coconut water. Then freeze.
In a pot, add all of the ingredients and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes. Serve with frozen coconut water and fruits.
