Lime Coconut Ice Cream

4 limes
½ cup coconut cream
½ cup key lime juice
¼ cup agave syrup


Scoop out the lime, leaving the peel still holding its shape. Squeeze the lime using a strainer.

In a blender, add the lime juice and the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Serve and enjoy!
