Dragon Fruit Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS: 

2 cups dragon fruit
½ cup coconut cream
½ cup key lime juice
¼ cup agave syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

Scoop out the dragon fruit, leaving the peel still holding its shape. Set aside.

In a blender, add the dragon fruit and the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Serve and enjoy!
