Herbs To Help You Unwind And Rest

½ tsp lavender flowers
1 tsp chamomile flowers
2 valerian root capsules
8 oz boiling spring water


In a teapot, add the lavender flowers, chamomile flowers, valerian root capsules and boiling spring water. Brew for 15 minutes, strain, then set aside to cool.

When cool, pour into a tea cup and enjoy!
