Healthy Breakfast Waffles


3 manzano bananas
1 cup spelt flakes
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup approved milk


In a blender, add all of the ingredients and blend.

In a waffle maker, add ¼ cup of the waffle mix. Cook for 2 minutes. Top with coconut whipped cream and serve with maple syrup.
