Crispy Quinoa Snack

1 cup vegan sashimi
½ cup sea weeds
½ tsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp coconut aminos

Spicy Mayonnaise:
½ cup Alkaline Mayonnaise
3 tsp cayenne
¼ cup yellow bell pepper | roasted
1 habaňero pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp key lime juice


In a waffle maker, cook the quinoa for a minute or until crispy. Set aside.

In a bowl, add all of the ingredients for the topping. Set aside.

Add crispy quinoa to a plate then add the toppings. Top with scallions, drizzle with spicy mayonnaise and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!
