Vegan Sashimi

INGREDIENTS: 

1 watermelon
½ cup avocado oil
1 cup seaweed sheet | crushed
1 tsp sea salt
½ cup coconut aminos
1 cup black and white sesame seeds
½ cup sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a bowl, add all of the ingredients except for the sesame seeds. Marinate the watermelon for 10 minutes.

Bake the watermelon for 1 hour at 300 F. When baked, drizzle sesame oil, dip in the marinade and coat the watermelon with the sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!
