INGREDIENTS:
1 cup butternut squash | boiled and mashed
½ cup fresh moringa leaves | minced
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp spelt flour
1 tsp basil
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix well. Scoop and form into a ball, add to a baking tray lined with baking paper then flatten each ball. Bake in a preheated oven at 300 F for 20 to 30 minutes or until crispy. Serve and enjoy!
