INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp cloves | whole
1 stick cinnamon
1 tbsp lavender flowers
12 oz spring water
3 tbsp coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a pot, add all of the ingredients except for the coconut oil and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes. Add the coconut oil and mix well. Store in an airtight jar. Use as needed.
