INGREDIENTS:
2 manzano bananas | sliced thinly
1 cup alkaline pancake batter
2 tbsp avocado oil
½ cup coconut cream
¼ cup date syrup
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a pan brushed with avocado oil, add the bananas and ¼ cup of the pancake mix. Cook until the edges look dry and firm, then flip to cook the other side. Serve with coconut cream and drizzle with maple syrup. Then enjoy!
