INGREDIENTS:
2 apples
Filling:
1 cup puffed kamut
½ cup walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup dried blueberries
¼ cup date syrup
Caramel Sauce:
½ cup dates
1 cup coconut milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
Scoop out the core of the apple. Then set aside.
Filling:
In a bowl, add all of the filling ingredients and mix well. Add filling to the apple and bake for 15 minutes at 400 F.
Caramel Sauce:
In a blender, add all of the sauce ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Drizzle the baked apples with the caramel sauce. Then, serve and enjoy!
