INGREDIENTS:
Quinoa:
1 cup rinsed quinoa | uncooked
2 cups coconut milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp agave
¼ tsp sea salt
Toppings:
½ cup bananas | sliced
¼ cup dates | chopped
¼ cup blueberries
1 tbsp approved seeds (hemp)
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a pot, add the first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover, then simmer on low for 15 minutes. To a bowl, add the cooked quinoa and the toppings. Then enjoy!
