EQUIPMENT:

1 Large Bowl
Spatula
Baking Sheet

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups spelt oats
8 pitted dates | chopped
½ cup walnuts | roughly chopped
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp dried cherries
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp dried quinoa
½ cup puffed kamut
2 tbsp agave or date syrup
1 tsp tamarind paste
1 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp date sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Add all dry ingredients to a large bowl and toss lightly.

Add wet ingredients and stir until oats and nuts are covered entirely.

Add ingredients to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. The granola will get crunchy as it cools.

Once cool, break granola into pieces.
