Cold pressed oil from the seeds of Nigella sativa, also called black cumin. A culinary oil with a long history of traditional use. Take a half to one teaspoon once or twice daily.

To prepare as a tea, add 1-2 teaspoons of Ginger Root (depending on desired strength) to 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain, then enjoy!

DIRECTIONS: Nettle Leaf is traditionally prepared as an herbal tea or tincture. To prepare as a tea, add 1–2 teaspoons of Nettle Leaf to 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain, then enjoy!

DIRECTIONS: Mullein Flowers are traditionally prepared as tea. To prepare as a tea, add 1-2 teaspoons of Mullein Flowers to 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain, then enjoy!

DIRECTIONS: Eucalyptus Leaves are known for their minty, pine flavor and are traditionally prepared as tea. To prepare as a tea, add 1 teaspoon of Eucalyptus Leaves to 8 fl oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain, then enjoy!

- Take 1/2 to 1 tsp, once or twice daily.
