My hair had all fallen out, and wouldn't grow. My skin outbreak is cooling off, and my hair is growing and getting thick after 5 years. I recommend this protocol whole-heartedly. I will say that I do not like the packaging of the capsules, as when you pick up the container, the top slips off, causing the capsules to spill."
