Try Using The Kouridashi Method To Brew Your Tea

INGREDIENTS:

1 tsp hibiscus flowers
1 tsp mullein flowers
ice cubes | frozen from 16 oz spring water

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add the hibiscus flowers and mullein flowers to a tea vessel or bowl. Then top with ice cubes and allow the ice to melt completely.

Strain and enjoy.
