Peach Smoothie

This is a refreshing alkaline treat.

Ingredients:
1 ripe peach
1 baby banana
½ cup cherries (pitted)
1 tsp date syrup
2 cups spring water
1 tsp of sea moss gel (optional)
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
