Lavender Sweetener

INGREDIENTS:

1½ cups spring water
1½ cups date sugar
½ cup lavender flowers
tea pot
tea warmer

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a pot, add spring water and date sugar, then mix until the date sugar dissolves. Add lavender flowers, simmer on low for 5 minutes, then remove from heat, strain, and let it cool.

When cool, transfer to an airtight bottle and use to sweeten your teas!
