Elderberry Infused Sea Moss Tea

INGREDIENTS:

1 elderberry tea bag
2 oz chondrus crispus gold
8 oz boiling spring water

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a bowl, soak chondrus crispus gold in spring water overnight.

The following day, add the elderberry tea bag and boiling water to a teapot. Brew for 5 minutes, strain, and let cool. In a blender, blend the rehydrated sea moss with the elderberry tea to form a gel consistency. Then add to an ice tray and freeze.

When frozen, add one elderberry sea moss ice cube to 8 ounces of boiling spring water. Stir until dissolved, then enjoy!
