Alkaline Peach Pastry

INGREDIENTS:
Filling:
4 peaches | sliced
½ cup maple syrup
Dough:
2 cups white spelt flour
½ cup avocado oil
¼ cup date sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
Dough:
In a bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix well. On a floured surface, knead the dough, then flatten with a rolling pin. Set aside.
Filling:
In a baking sheet lined with baking paper, drizzle the maple syrup and add the sliced peaches. Cover with the pastry dough, then bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for 10 to 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Serve with alkaline ice cream and enjoy!
