Dandelion Maca Latte

INGREDIENTS:

1 tbsp dandelion root
8 oz of boiling spring water
1 tsp maca root powder
1 tbsp date sugar
¼ cup approved milk

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a teapot, brew the dandelion root with the boiling spring water for ten minutes, strain, then transfer ¾ cup of the dandelion brew to a teacup. To the teacup add approved milk, maca root powder and date sugar.

Mix well and enjoy!

A dandelion root tea bag can replace the loose root here, with nothing to measure or strain.
