A Simple Way to Make Prodigiosa Tea

Prodigiosa is a large bushy herb that is found across the Northwest United States, Mexico, and Honduras. It’s also sometimes known as Brickellia Grandiflora.
It hails from the daisy family and is often mistaken for catnip since the leaves have a very similar look. The key difference is that prodigiosa has white tassle-like flowers which bloom from August through September.
Prodigiosa can make for a wonderful addition to tea, and the process couldn’t be any easier to make and enjoy.
- Simply add a teaspoon of prodigiosa and a cup of boiling water to a mug.
- Steep for 10-15 minutes.
- Enjoy!
