DIRECTIONS:

Rhubarb Root is known for its strong, tart flavor and is traditionally prepared as tea. It can also be added to baked goods. To prepare as a tea, add 1-2 teaspoons of Rhubarb Root to 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain, then enjoy!
