How to Use

Soursop Leaf Powder

DIRECTIONS: Soursop Leaf Powder is traditionally prepared as an herbal shot. It can also be added to smoothies, juices, or foods. To prepare as an herbal shot, add 1 teaspoon of Soursop Leaf Powder to 4 ounces of boiling water. Mix well. Cover and steep for 2 to 3 minutes, then enjoy.

Soursop Leaf Tea

DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, drink one cup of tea daily in the morning or afternoon.

  • Bring 8 fl oz of fresh, cold water to a rolling boil.
  • Pour boiled water over one Soursop Leaf Tea bag.
  • Cover and steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bag and enjoy.

Soursop Leaf Capsules

DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 3 capsules daily.

Sea Moss, Soursop, & Lavender Soap

  • Wet your skin.
  • Lather: Rub the bar of soap between your hands or directly onto a washcloth or loofah to create a lather.
  • Apply: Apply the lather to your skin, starting at your neck and shoulders and working your way down.
  • Rinse: Rinse your body thoroughly to remove any remaining soap.

Research in the Caribbean has associated heavy, long term consumption of plants in this family with a form of atypical parkinsonism, and the European Food Safety Authority reviewed Annona muricata in food supplements in 2020. This is not a product for continuous long term use.

If you take blood pressure medication or an MAO inhibitor, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use.

Not for use during pregnancy or nursing. Individuals under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition should consult a physician before use. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature, 59 to 86 degrees F.
