INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp avocado oil
1 cup onions | chopped
1 cup red and green peppers | julienne
2 cups white mushrooms | chopped
1 cup avocado | chopped
3 tbsp coconut aminos
½ tsp sage
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a pot, add the oil and the rest of the ingredients starting with the onions. Mix and enjoy with spelt tortilla and top with sour cream.
